The villa is in Davenport and is approximately 10 minutes by car to Disney world and 25-30 minutes from Universal. We are only a few mins from the I4 J58 (Champions gate). As such, both coasts are about 1 hour away as we are pratically in the middle (it is a good location to reach the Gulf coast/Clearwater and Busch gardens).
