The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes.

Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa is has views over a conservation woodland area.

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May.

The villa is minutes from a 24 hour supermarket. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there are a wide variety of stores on Highway 192.

There is a wealth of restaurants on the US q92 nearby including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGIs, Dennys along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver.

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
